Introduction
This Privacy Policy («Policy») applies to the Jira Cloud plugin («Plugin») developed by Nubetic («Company») and made available on the Atlassian Marketplace. The Plugin is designed to integrate with Jira Cloud and provide additional features and functionality to Jira Cloud users.
Data Collection and Use
The Plugin does not collect or store any personally identifiable information («PII») from Jira Cloud users. This includes, but is not limited to, user names, email addresses, and IP addresses.
The Plugin does collect and store non-PII data, such as plugin usage statistics, for the purpose of improving the Plugin and providing better service to Jira Cloud users. This data is aggregated and anonymized, and it cannot be used to identify individual users.
Data Sharing
The Company does not share any data collected by the Plugin with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the Plugin’s features and functionality.
Data Security
The Company takes reasonable measures to protect data collected by the Plugin from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, using secure servers, encrypting data, and implementing access controls.
Data Retention
The Company retains data collected by the Plugin for a reasonable period of time, as necessary to provide the Plugin’s features and functionality and to improve the Plugin.
User Rights
Jira Cloud users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data collected by the Plugin. To exercise these rights, Jira Cloud users should contact the Company at soporte@nubetic.cl.
Changes to this Policy
The Company may update this Policy from time to time. If the Company makes any material changes to this Policy, it will notify Jira Cloud users by email or by posting a notice on the Plugin’s website.
