Introduction
These Terms of Service («Terms») apply to the Jira Cloud plugin («Plugin») developed by Nubetic («Company») and made available on the Atlassian Marketplace. The Plugin is designed to integrate with Jira Cloud and provide additional features and functionality to Jira Cloud users.
Acceptance
By using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Plugin.
License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Plugin for your own personal or business purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Plugin.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Plugin is provided «as is» and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Plugin. The Company specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Plugin.
Termination
The Company may terminate your license to use the Plugin at any time, for any reason.
Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. If the Company makes any material changes to these Terms, it will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Plugin’s website.
